Our team, and how we treat people

A small, local practice that has worked hands on with patients in Ligonier, Latrobe and Greensburg since 2000.

How we work

01

Hands on

Your therapist works with you directly through the visit. Hands-on treatment is the core of every plan, not an add-on.

02

Built for you

Jerry started Diamond to give each person a treatment as unique as they are. Two people with the same diagnosis can get two different plans.

03

Changed if it isn’t working

If you aren’t improving, we don’t keep doing the same thing. We change the plan.

Founder

Jerry DeRiso, PT

Master’s in physical therapy, Slippery Rock University. All three offices.

Jerry fell in love with physical therapy going through rehab for his own wrestling injury. A Gateway graduate, he studied chemistry at Washington and Jefferson College before earning his master’s in physical therapy at Slippery Rock.

In March 2000 he opened the Ligonier office. Greensburg and Latrobe followed, and Jerry still treats patients at all three. His wife Von manages the practice.
